All prices are wholesale listed in U.S. dollars. Subject to change without notice.
Ordering Information
Initial Order - $500
Reorders - $200
Reorders placed below $200 will be processed with a $10 service charge.
New Customers
Initial orders are processed on a credit card basis only. We accept Visa and Mastercard. To establish net 30 terms, a minimum of 3 satisfactory credit references must be submitted.
Terms
FOB Miami, Florida. Net 30 with approved credit. C.O.D. is not available. Any past due balance will be subject to 1.5% interest per month (18% annum). Future in-house orders will not be released until all past due balances are paid in full, including finance charges. A $25 service charge will be applied to all returned checks.
Shipping
Most orders can be shipped via Fedex Ground. Larger items and volume orders will be shipped via common carrier. All freight charges via common carrier will be Freight Prepaid, FOB – Miami, FL. Residential delivery will incur additional charges. We will drop ship orders for a $10 service charge per order.
Backorders
Back orders will be shipped as soon as possible as such items become available. Backorders under $50 or older than 6 months will be cancelled.
Damages
All damages must be reported to our customer service department within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Retain the original carton and all packing materials for inspection by shipper. Your account will be credited accordingly.
Returns
No returns for defective merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization issued by our customer service department. A call tag will be issued. Following receipt and inspection of the merchandise, credit will be issued accordingly. All returns for reason other than defect are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus freight charges.
